Packing

All the fish are packed in Pressurized and oxygenated double polyurethane plastic bags inside Styrofoam (Rigifoam) boxes, followed with appropriate Markings of shipment details
In order to make no waste in bag we will not feed the fish within the two days prior to the shipping the packing densities listed on the stock list are only indication for fish packed to endure flight duration excluding unforeseen delays during transit

Quality

All live stocks are carefully selected and assured to be free from diseases prior to shipment through our tank quarantine procedures

Documentation

We can furnish the following certificates and endorsements upon your request

• Health Certificates for fish
• Certificates of Origin for fish

Payments

For new customers, we strictly required 75% advance payment (based on Pro-Forma invoice or total value of the order) by bank drafts, by T.T (telegraphic transfers) or COD if such is available through a cargo forwarding agent. All personal or company cheque and letters of credit (LC) are not acceptable.
